I have 30 years experience in catering, experience in front and back of house and have worked in places like 5* Hotel Majestic in Cannes France 1 Michelin star and different place after that to discover and understand the world of Hospitality. I got into Fine Dining recruitment 7/8 years ago because I wanted to stay in the catering world without having to do 15-16 hours a day. I am very passionate about the world of Michelin and Relais & Chateaux. I love my job, not many people get to say that, the best reward is when candidates get back to me saying how much they love their new job. I enjoy my job like it's the first day everyday; I get to share my passion and experience with new people that come into the Citirecruit family. HR regularly tells me people feed off my passion for fine dining and recruitment, which is always great to hear.
Outside of the office, I love cooking; I am very passionate about food and discovering foods from around the world. I try to stay active as much has I can, I've been playing tennis for over 18 years. I regularly travel to and from France, and am originally from Sud Ouest (the best part of France)
