Bill has been in recruitment for over 15 years. Starting with Reed Employment as a Business Manager in Ipswich, he progressed to the role of Operations Director on the Reed Employment Board. in 2008 Bill was a founder of The Ultimate Recruitment Company, specialising in Hospitality, Banking and Commercial Recruitment.
Since joining Citirecruit earlier in 2009, Bill has a very real drive to turn the Citirecruit brand into a recession busting, multi sectored agency.
Claim to Fame: Performed a 'Full Monty' at an Awards ceremony, in front of several hundred guests...sadly, there are no pictures.

Pasquale D’Avanzo
Business Manager – London
Pasquale’s claim to fame is that he waited on Nelson Mandela in South Africa, as he was first elected President of South Africa.
If you let him he will bore you rigid with tales of the celebrities he has worked with, in a career that has spanned several countries around the world including Italy, South Africa and the UK.
Citirecruit is very pleased to be able to tap into Pasquale’s vast knowledge of the Hospitality industry and his 10 years Recruitment experience in London.

Jo Gold
Consultant – London
Experience: Before joining Citirecruit, Jo had a long operational career in both Hotels, bars and restaurant management. Jo has covered all aspects of the Hospitality industry and can bring that experience to bear when dealing with candidates and clients.
For the past nine years, Jo worked in the Far East, mainly Singapore. She says she doesn't miss the weather and she looks forward to experiencing our wonderful seasons back in the UK. Personally, I think she'll change her mind after one or two more freezing ciggie breaks on the roof garden at the office!
Christopher Bean

The Hospitality industry courses through Chris's blood. He has over 10 years Hospitality management experience in high profile venues as well as possessing a BSc in International Hospitality Management.
Chris knows the North West Hospitality scene intimately, having worked previously at The Lowry Hotel, The Reebok Stadium and Malmaison Manchester.
Since turning to the recruitment industry several years ago (for decent hours and no stress LOL) Chris has managed many private functions and sporting stadia with City Catering as well as working the Citirecruit perms desk.

Natalie Walker

Natalie has almost ten years experience in sales and has been a regular Del Trotter (no straight up Rodney) selling everything from nuts and bolts to advertising space and I.T equipment. Natalies clients have reaped the reward of her hands on experience, ever since she joined the recruitment sector four years ago. Natalie specialises in placing candidates in a variety of Commercial positions, ranging from PA, secretarial and contact centre .
Claim to fame: At the age of 8, she went to Noel Edmunds house party at Crinkly Bottom and sat on Bob Caraolgees knee, whilst being spat at by Spit the Dog!!
Lee Bradley

Lee has over 8 years experience in the recruitment industry and has in recent years specialised supplying staff to the Call Centre industry in the North West. With an extensive operational background in sales and call centres, Lee is ideally placed to advise and consult to candidates and clients alike.
