This beautiful Parisian styled fine dining restaurant, located within one of London's most famous landmarks, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager. The successful candidate will need to have experienced of a high cover operation.  The restaurant has two large terraces, and three separate dining rooms.

Our client is one of the most visited and respected restaurants in London, who pride themselves on their incredibly high standards of cuisine. As such they are looking for a highly skilled manager to lead their team.

Vacancy Summary

• Fluent English and French - both languages are essential for this role.
• Previous strong experience as a Restaurant Manager with a fine dining or 5 Star Hotel background.
• Must come from a high cover background.
• Ability to work and manage well under pressure.
• Must be highly motivated, flexible and adaptable.

Salary and Package:

• Very competitive basic salary of £35,000 per year plus service bonus.
  43 hour week with straight shifts.
  Brilliant staff area with massive terrace and TV.
• Working in a supportive environment.
