They are currently looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef who is passionate and strives for perfection.

Vacancy Summary

  • Pastry qualification.
  • Extensive Pastry experience
  • At least two years working as a Head Pastry Chef in either a Michelin or at least a 3AA Rosette background.
  • Ability to create a seasonal Dessert menu.
  • Ability to lead junior staff and pass on knowledge.
  • Hrdworking, excellent attention for details, well organised and enthusiastic.

 

Salary and package:

• £28,000pa negotiable dependant on experience.
• Immediate start.
