Client Summary

Our client is a public house and dining room with seven hotel rooms, set in a leafy residential area by Richmond Park in West London.

The refurbished pub and dining room have charming new features and some original old features which have been lovingly restored under the new ownership of a critically acclaimed Chef and Restauranteur.

Fine dining cuisine and traditional delicious food is served in our conservatory dining room, with a sumtuous wine list crafted by our Head Sommelier.

Due to an increase in business they are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager.

• Experience of a similar operation and position .
• Reliable and trustworthy individual
• Financially astute and well used to maintain the administration of a successful restaurant
• Quick thinking, can handle pressure, desire to move up the career ladder and able to easily adapt in a new working environment.

Salary and Package

• Basic salary of £30,000pa - neg.
