Client Summary

We are a Victorian country house set within 66 acres of formal gardens and parkland and we offer a range of leisure facilities, including a health spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, all weather tennis courts and an 18 hole golf course adjacent to the hotel.

Our 2AA rosettes Restaurant and Lounge Bar serve traditional and modern English dishes, with many ingredients sourced locally, alongside an extensive wine list.

Currently we are looking to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team.

  Summary

  • At least 2 years experience in the role of F&B Manager at a quality 4/5 star establishment with a minimum of 2 rosettes awards
  • Experience in a high volume and high quality operation
  • The ability to oversee, lead, motivate and direct the whole team
  • Experience in collating all weekly figures and be able to format, present and discuss such figures
  • At least 2 years experience
  • Excellent administration and IT skills with proven leadership ability
  • The ability to work to budgets and create forecasts
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverages

Salary and Package

  • £27,000pa Live out
  • For live in on site the salary would be reduced by £2,470 and no bills such as water, electricity, gas, council tax etc.
