A very successful Yorkshire based events company, is seeking an experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager to mange a number of functions within several high profile venues in Yorkshire.

Vacancy Summary

You will be a passionate and ambitious C&B Manager:

• A proven track record as a C&B Manager in a hotel.
• Must have a flexible approach as they may be running events in different venues each week.
• Proactive and outgoing attitude with a high standard of customer care.
• Successful track record in managing teams to serve up to 1,000 covers and a minimum of 100.
• Enthusiastic and energetic, good leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary and Package

£22,000pa plus incentives,to increase package after a review period based on performance.
