The fastest growing car rental broker in the world, with car rental from over 4000 locations worldwide and a customer support service on over 10 languages.

Vacancy summary:

• Using sales and customer service skills to gain reservation commitments from customer enquiries
• Making outbound calls to customers and following up on quotations
• Securing sales and maximising opportunities to upsell and cross sell.
• Booking reservations into the system
• Following up on customer emails
• Candidates must come from either a b2b or b2c sales background
• Ability to deliver world class sales and customer service to customers
• Excellent telephone manner and proficient keyboard skills are a must
• Ability to work under pressure and in a high volume environment.
• Must have fluency in written and spoken English
• Various shift patterns available
• Must have recent outbound telesales experience

Salary and Package:

£13,500 -£17,000 & Uncapped OTE £35,000
