Resolving queries relating to customer services.
Call Centre experience essential
Excellent communication skills
Previous retentions experience is advantageous
Experience of working to set targets and KPI's is crucial
Negotiation and sales experience desirable

In return for your hard work my client offers a basic salary of £14,000-£15,000, plus 10% salary bonus, 2 pay reviews per year and 33 days holiday.
