An ultra modern, contemporary Hotel in Central London are currently recruiting for an Assistant Front of House Manager to join the front office team as soon as possible. The hotel has 205 bedrooms and is extremely popular with both corporate and leisure customers and has extensive meeting and events facilities.
The Hotel has recently been upgraded to a luxurious standard and is enjoying consistent occupancy rates. The ideal Front of House Manager will have had previous experience in 3 or 4 star hotels in London in a property of similar size.
• To ensure that all guests are greeted, checked in and allocated rooms promptly and in a warm and friendly manager by reception staff.
• Ensure that check-in procedures are adhered to and that the correct address and charge out details are obtained from each guest.
• To assist with the maintenance of room occupancy levels by converting queries into bookings
• Maintain effective communication between reservations and front office staff with other departments.
• To ensure that all Front of House staff are correctly and smartly dressed at all times.
• To maintain high profile in the Hotel and be accessible to guests.
• Basic Salary of £24K.
