We have several up market and fine dining Restaurants and currently we are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Sommelier to work within one of our most successful operations in Central London.

The Head Sommelier will play an essential role as we strive to maintain and improve our already well-established reputation.

• Experience in a similar role and within fine dining Restaurants
• Reliable and trustworthy individual
• Quick thinking, can handle pressure, experienced with Old and New Wines of the World
