Vacancy Summary

• Responsible to the Restaurant General Manager
• Able to prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Able to handle busy and pressurized department (90/100 covers for lunch and 175/275 cover for the evening services)
• Knowledge of London scene essential
• Enthusiastic, committed and in possession of excellent customer care skills and with natural flair

Salary and Package

• Basic salary 25,000pa plus service charge
