They are currently looking for a Commis Sommelier to work in their main restaurant, which offers an eclectic menu mirroring those of London’s finest gastronomic establishments.

Vacancy Summary:

The ideal Commis Sommelier will have:

• Some Knowledge and experience in serving Wine
• Good communication skills - reliable and trustworthy individual

Salary and Package:

• Basic salary of £13,000 pa plus service charge
