They are also entering the AA Guide, and would like to get 5 Stars and two rosettes this year and 5 red Stars and 3 Rosettes next year

Vacancy Summary

  • They are looking for an experienced Sous Chef; able to manage a kitchen team of 25 Chefs, must be hands-on and happy to work in all kitchens including Fine dining, C&B, Weddings, All Day Dining and breakfast.
  • Everything is produced in house from only the freshest produce and the ideal candidate must have 2/3 AA rosettes experience.
  • A Chef qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/02 in Food Preparation & Cooking
  • Reliable and trustworthy individual
  • Quick thinking and learner, can handle pressure

Please note that they are not looking for someone that wants to cook only fine dining.

Salary and Package

Ideally from a similar background and with a proven track record as a successful Sous Chef, you can expect a competitive salary of £26,000 plus accommodation provided. Benefits include overtime paid, pension scheme contribution, as well as free meals, uniform and training and development opportunities.
