Client Summary
Our client is a fine dining Restaurant based in Central London and part of a large company with sister Restaurants in the USA / UK / France and Australia.
Their kitchen employs up to 10/12 kitchen staff. They produce Modern British cuisine with Mediterranean & French influence. The food is stylish and produced with only the freshest local produce.
The restaurant serves up to 40/50 covers per lunch and the same number for dinner.
Vacancy Summary
- The ideal candidate will have a Chef qualification such us 706/1 & 2 in Food Preparation and cooking
- Experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant
- Hardworking, excellent attention for details and enthusiastic
Salary and Package
- £25,000 per year, plus service charge
