Our client is a fine dining Restaurant based in Central London and part of a large company with sister Restaurants in the USA / UK / France and Australia.

They produce Modern British cuisine with Mediterranean & French influence. Their food is stylish and produced with only the freshest local produce. The restaurant serves up to 40/50 covers per lunch and the same number for dinner. 

 Vacancy Summary

  • The ideal Head Pastry Chef will have a Pastry Chef qualification and experience in a similar role or currently works as a Sous Chef Pastry within a fine dining restaurant and wants his 1st Head Pastry Chef role
  • The kitchens are well equipped and everything is prepared from only the freshest ingredients.
  • The Pastry Chef will play an important role as we strive to maintain and improve our already well-established reputation.
  • Hardworking, excellent attention for details, well organized and enthusiastic
  • Quick thinking, can handle pressure and able to easily adapt in a new working environment

  Salary and Package

  • £27,000 per year, plus service charge
  • Immediate Start
