Vacancy Summary
- Previous experience in managing a kitchen
- Financially astute and creative Chef well used to food costing, ordering, resourcing goods from local producers etc.
- Good people’s skills, reliable, trustworthy individual
- Ideally from a similar background and with a proven track record as a successful Head Chef.
Salary and Package
- Basic salary of £ 30,000/35,000pa
- Immediate start
- 2 days off per week and 5 weeks holidays
