our client is a small up market Hotel based in Marylebone High street in Central London in the heart of London’s West End. They offer exciting Mediterranean and Italian cuisine within their 40 seats restaurant.

Vacancy Summary

• Previous experience in managing a kitchen
• Financially astute and creative Chef well used to food costing, ordering, resourcing goods from local producers etc.
• Good people’s skills, reliable, trustworthy individual 
• Ideally from a similar background and with a proven track record as a successful Head Chef.

Salary and Package

• Basic salary of £ 30,000/35,000pa
• Immediate start
• 2 days off per week and 5 weeks holidays
