Vacancy Summary
- Chef qualification such as NVQ level 1&2 in Food Preparation and Cooking
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining Restaurant or Hotel kitchen
- Steady and reliable past experience
- Quick thinking, reliable, trustworthy candidate full of personality
Salary and Package
- Basic salary of £18,360pa plus £3,000 service charge
- 7 shifts per week (3 straight and 2 split shifts)
