Vacancy Summary

• Chef qualification such as NVQ level 1&2 in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining Restaurant or Hotel kitchen
• Steady and reliable past experience
• Quick thinking, reliable, trustworthy candidate full of personality

Salary and Package

• Basic salary of £18,360pa plus £3,000 service charge
• 7 shifts per week (3 straight and 2 split shifts)
