A  luxury 5 Star Hotel in Central London are looking for an experienced  Chef de Partie  to join this professionally run kitchen as soon as possible.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be working as part of a team that blend the finest ingredients with flair and imagination to create award winning cuisine and have been awarded 2AA Rosettes.

Our clients brigade has a team of twelve Chefs and one main kitchen which provides British and European cuisine to the 2AA restaurant, room service, Breakfast, Bar and small C&B department.

They are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie who will play an important role as the Hotel strives to maintain and improve on their already well-established reputation of excellence.

The ideal Chef de Partie must have previous experience at a 2 Rosette level and the following experience:

• Experience within a 5 Star Hotel Banqueting or Gastro Pub envioronment.
• Passionate, creative and hardworking.
• Reliable and trustworthy individual.
• Quick thinking, can handle pressure, strong desire to move up the career ladder and able to easily adapt in a pressurised environment.

In return you  will be offered:

• Basic salary of £19,000pa plus overtime and 20 days holiday.
