Our client is a 4* star Hotel and spa. set in a beautiful property, who have a reputation of excellence, are looking to recruit a Chef De Partie Pastry to join this very experienced team as soon as possible.

They are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie Pastry to join their Pastry team. Everything is prepared in house and only the freshest ingredients are used.

The property boasts two main dining rooms, their fine dining restaurant which has been awarded four Red Rosettes for their culinary excellence and a high end Brassiere, with a more relaxed approach to quality dining.

• A Pastry Chef Qualification
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie - Pastry in a high quality two AA kitchen.
• Reliable and trustworthy individual.
• Quick thinking, can handle pressure.
