Vacancy Summary

  • Delivering seasonal menus to all aspects of the operation.
  • Providing support to the Head Chef and assisting with all sections of the kitchen.
  • As a Chef De Partie you will have good technical skills.
  • Good ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Help train, manage and motivate other junior members of a busy brigade and report all aspects of kitchen operations to the Head Chef.

Salary and Package

Ideally from a similar background and with a proven track record as a successful Chef De Partie, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £18,000 plus company benefits, as well as the opportunity to work with a flagship operation here in Manchester.
