Vacancy Summary
- A Chef qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 or 706/02 in Food Preparation & Cooking
- Previous experience in a fine dining environment and good knowledge of French cuisine.
- Expereince as a Chef De Partie in a 2/3 Rossette restaurant desirable.
- Ability to lead junior chefs.
- Must be highly motivated, flexible and adaptable
- Quick learner, reliable and trustworthy individual
Salary and Package
- Basic salary £20,000 plus bonus
